Introduction


Agriculture is our soil.

The Banrisul, State Bank of Rio Grande do Sul, has over 90 years of history in Agribusiness and knows that it is necessary to always innovate to improve service to rural products.

The Challenge


Improve service to rural producers.

Create a rural credit contracting process that simplifies and makes the operation flow intuitive, improving the experience of Rural Credit operators who are unfamiliar with or have difficulty in operating agricultural financing.

My role


UX/UI Designer

In this project, I was responsible for the product screens, in addition to applying research and validations that aim to increasingly improve the solution. I also facilitated ideation dynamics.

Solution


AgroFácil

AgroFácil is inspired by the needs of rural credit operators. The system consists of a flow that aims to guide the service to producers without requiring the attendants to have expertise in Agro.

Outcomes


Agro is increasingly stronger at Banrisul

The results of the 2020/2021 Summer Harvest exceed by 50% the operations contracted in the same period last year in the 2019/2020 Summer Harvest.
